UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
The discussion forum is provided by NCIL as a resource for Centres for Independent Living, disabled people and their advisors. It is open access - anyone can join. You have a password to prevent other people from posting in your name. The forums are for discussion related to independent living, direct payments and personal budgets. We hope that the forums encourage an exchange of ideas and knowledge but would always recommend that if people are seeking information that they wish to act on that is of a legal nature that they seek professional legal advice.
