Finance & Quality
Quality' has many aspects: Delivering services to the highest standards, operating cost-effectively and producing identified outcomes that show an organisation is meeting the needs of its users. Some aspects of quality can be difficult to measure, such as the impacts of peer support and user involvement.
If you work for a ULO, what approach has your organisation taken to measuring quality and cost-effectiveness? Do you use quality standards or kitemarks to measure quality? Do you centralise quality control or devolve it throughout the organisation? What does ‘quality' mean to your users and members?
